01 General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between t46 and any person ("User") who uses t46's website and services. By accessing the t46 website, registering, or using the services, you are confirming that you fully agree to all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to stop using the services immediately. t46 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, so please pay attention to update announcements.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To use t46's services, you must meet the following requirements —

You must be 21 years of age or older.
Online gambling must not be prohibited by law in your location.
Each person may open one account only; you must register using your own personal details.
Opening an account using a computer program, bot, or any automated tool is not allowed.
You must be able to confirm that your funds come from a legitimate source.

If it is found that you are using our services without meeting the above requirements, t46 has the right to immediately suspend the account and confiscate any remaining balance.

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. If you register with false or misrepresented details, t46 has the right to close the account.

Account Security

Do not share your password or username with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately. t46 is not responsible for any losses that occur before the compromise is reported.

KYC Verification

t46 may request a copy of your national ID card or any other valid identity document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is to protect your funds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Currently accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 5,000 Ks.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes (Myanmar Standard Time / MMT), but may take longer if KYC verification or other security checks are required.

General Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
You may only deposit using a payment profile registered in your own name.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met.
If any financial details are found to be incorrect, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

When you register at t46 and make your first deposit, you can receive a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 100,000 Ks.

              Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks to play with. To withdraw the 20,000 Ks bonus, you must complete 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks in wagering.
            

              Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks and get the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 320,000 Ks in total. You must complete 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks in wagering.
            

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15. The contribution of each bet towards wagering may vary depending on the game type and amount wagered.

General Promotions

The specific terms for each bonus are as stated in the relevant bonus offer.
t46 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Each bonus is limited to one claim per person; accounts sharing the same IP address, payment method, or network will be treated as the same person.
If fraud or a breach of these terms is found, t46 has the right to void all bonuses and any winnings obtained from them.

06 Game Rules & Policies

t46 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) across all games to ensure fair play. All game-related decisions are considered final and cannot be reversed.

Game Restrictions

t46 reserves the right to set session time limits for continuous play.
Arbitrage betting and bonus hunting or hedging (placing opposing bets to protect a bonus) are strictly prohibited.
If the connection drops while you are playing a game, the relevant game record will be checked and the round will be settled accordingly.
For any game dispute, the RNG log and game record will be thoroughly reviewed, and that result is the final decision.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at t46 —

Money laundering and any other illegal financial transactions
Exploiting or deliberately triggering software bugs or glitches
Playing with bots, scripts, or any automated tools
Opening more than one account under the same ownership
Depositing using a payment method that is not in your own name
Colluding with other players to pre-arrange game results
DDoS attacks on the platform or any attempt to damage the servers

If any of these activities are detected, t46 has the right to block the account, freeze the remaining balance, and take action in accordance with applicable law.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

How t46 collects, stores, protects, and uses your personal data is fully described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to that policy.

t46 uses SSL encryption to protect financial transactions and personal data. When data is shared with third-party service providers, a data protection agreement is signed before any sharing takes place.

09 Limitation of Liability

t46 provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. t46 is not liable for any temporary service interruption caused by server maintenance, force majeure events, or any other circumstances.

t46 is not responsible for financial losses arising from gameplay, losses resulting from poor decisions, or loss of game records caused by external technical issues.

10 Service Termination

t46's Right to Terminate

If a breach of these terms is detected, t46 has the right to close the account immediately without prior notice. Users who wish to close their account voluntarily for reasons unrelated to misconduct may contact [email protected].

Withdrawal of Remaining Balance

If the account is closed at the user's own request with no misconduct involved, any remaining funds will be returned via the designated payment method. If the closure is due to a breach, no refund will be issued.

11 Changes

t46 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the service after an announcement is made means you accept the changes. You cannot refuse on the grounds that you did not see the announcement — it is the user's responsibility to check the website regularly.
